Return And Exchange Policy
— If you receive an item broken or damaged, you can send the pictures to the provided email address or WhatsApp number we will give you the return address. We will replace the piece within a few days.
— Other than that, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) please feel free to return it within 3 days of receiving the piece. Please email or WhatsApp us on the provided contact information and you will be assisted by one of our team members.
— Please note all pieces and packaging should be intact, otherwise, the return and exchange policy is NOT applicable.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or call on the contact number provided.
Li’l tings has the authority to cancel any order for the following reasons:
