After the order is placed and confirmed, delivery will take up to 5-8 working days.

Our standard shipping charges are Rs 250. You can avail free shipping over Rs 2500.

If you receive an item broken or damaged, you can send the pictures on the provided email address or WhatsApp number we will give you the return address. We will replace the piece within a few days.

Other than that, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) please feel free to return in within 3 days of receiving the piece. Please email or WhatsApp us on the provided contact information and you will be assisted by one of our team members.

Please note all pieces and packaging should be intact, otherwise the return and exchange policy is NOT applicable.
